How It Works

Step 1

To begin your personal floral design process with Violets are Blue, contact us and we will schedule a complimentary person-to-person consultation. This initial visit usually lasts from one to two hours and can be scheduled in our flower studio or via Zoom.

Step 2

Within seven business days of your initial consultation, we will send you a written, customized proposal.

We will continue to work with you until you feel confident that your flowers and arrangements are everything you envision. Modifications to your designs can be made up to 30 days prior to your event. To insure the highest quality, and because of supply factors and availability, changes made after that time are not generally possible. We also offer various items to rent, including free standing pedestals, special centerpiece display containers, chuppahs and more. Of course, we can usually find whatever you need if we don’t already have it on hand.

We always make sure that your floral décor is presented just as you planned and before leaving your venue. We make absolutely certain that you’re happy and everything looks amazing. Delivery and set-up times depend on your event time and the guidelines used by your venue.

We encourage you to share whatever ideas you have. Bring photos, theme ideas, color schemes – whatever you want to share, to inspire us! And, of course, we have lots pictures and designs to inspire you if needed.
